Polyacrylamide for industrial water uses emulsion is a suitable solution on the site. Compare to the solid PAM, chemical polyacrylamide emulsion have the follwing advantage: 

1.Easily soluble for polyacrylamide emulsion for water treatment

Polyacrylamide emulsion for water treatment is a kind of liquid polymer product. The molecular structure of cationic polyacrylamide copolymer is relatively dispersed in the liquid environment and the intermolecular force is smaller compared with solid polyacrylamide. This enables solvent molecules to penetrate more easily between polymer molecules when in contact with the solvent, thereby accelerating the dissolution process. In addition, cationic polyacrylamide liquid state usually has a smaller particle size, which increases the contact area of cationic polyacrylamide liquid with the solvent. A larger contact area means that more solvent molecules can interact with the polymer simultaneously, further improving the dissolution rate.  


2.Not dust using cationic polyacrylamide liquid

The feature of cationic polyacrylamide copolymer emulsion being dust-free has multiple advantages:

Firstly, from the perspective of usage safety, being dust-free means that no inhalable particulate matter is generated during the operation process, thereby significantly reducing the harm to the respiratory system of the operators. This is crucial for personnel who work in related environments for a long time and can effectively reduce the risk of respiratory diseases caused by dust inhalation.

Secondly, in terms of storage and transportation, the dust-free polyacrylamide emulsion does not generate dust like powdered products, reducing environmental pollution and also lowering the loss of the product of polyacrylamide for industrial water treatment during storage and transportation. It can be handled and loaded/unloaded more conveniently, improving logistics efficiency. Furthermore, during the application process, the dust-free characteristic enables the polyacrylamide emulsion for water treatment to be added and used more precisely. There will be no inaccurate measurement due to dust flying, thereby ensuring the usage effect of the product and the stability of the process.

Cross-linked cationic polyacrylamide copolymer(CPAM) emulsion is an emulsion like product formed by cross-linking modification based on conventional cationic polyacrylamide liquid. Its characteristics mainly stem from the dual properties of the "cross-linked structure" and the "emulsion form", as follows:

1. Structural Characteristics: Enhanced Performance by Cross-linked Network,the introduction of cross-linkers (such as formaldehyde, epichlorohydrin, etc.) forms a three-dimensional network structure between cationic polyacrylamide liquid molecular chains, significantly changing its properties. Through high-adsorption and bridging capabilities, the cross-linked structure increases the spatial volume of the molecule, enhancing the physical entanglement and chemical adsorption capabilities for colloidal particles in water (especially negatively-charged suspended particles, sludge, etc.), and the flocculation and bridging effects are more remarkable. 

2. High Floc Strength: The rigid network formed by cross-linking makes the generated flocs more compact and has stronger shear resistance. It is not easy to break during stirring or transportation, especially suitable for working conditions with high flow rates or high shear forces (such as sludge dewatering, industrial wastewater treatment). 

3. Improved Environmental Resistance: The cross-linked structure of cationic polyacrylamide copolymer reduces the swelling sensitivity of the molecular chain. It can still maintain stable performance in a wide pH range (usually pH 3 - 10), at relatively high temperatures, or in a high - salt environment, reducing the decline in flocculation efficiency caused by environmental fluctuations. 

4. Emulsion Form: Optimization of Operational Convenience

Compared with powdered cationic polyacrylamide copolymer, the polyacrylamide emulsion for water treatment form has obvious operational advantages: 

Fast Dissolution Speed: In the emulsion, polyacrylamide for industrial water is dispersed in the medium (water - in - water or water - in - oil system) in the form of tiny particles (usually with a particle size of 1 - 10μm). It can be quickly dispersed and dissolved without long-term stirring, avoiding the problems of easy agglomeration and incomplete dissolution of powder.

Convenient Metering and Dosing: The emulsion has good fluidity and can be directly pumped, with high metering accuracy, reducing the intensity of manual operation. 

Good Storage Stability: At appropriate temperatures (usually 5-30℃), the emulsion is not easy to layer or solidify, and has a relatively long storage period (generally 3-6 months), which is better than the problem of moisture absorption and agglomeration of some powder products of polyacrylamide for industrial water.
